Salvatore Caserta is currently involved in several research projects in collaboration with different universities. His interest lies in researching and understanding the reasons why several regions of the world equipped their systems of regional integration with international judicial bodies, how these institutions develop and function over time, and how these impact on regional integration.
Salvatore is is an ongoing, Postoctoral Research Fellow at iCourts, he holds a PhD Fellow from iCourts, The Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen. He further has a LL.M., Faculty of Law, U.C. Berkeley, an MA, Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Law, from University of Roma Tre.
