Adjunct Professor, Organizational Behavior and Leadership

Kathy Ball-Toncic has had a range of careers from running a catering business to managing a restaurant and jazz club. From there she transitioned into a service career in Financial Services sector and moved her way up the ladder into literally managing a global team (and traveling around the world). That career found her in the World Trade Center on 9/11 after which she re-evaluated her career and decided to do something she was passionate about.

She studied executive and life coaching and launched her own business in 2006. She combines all the experience she has gained in both catering (owning a small business) and the corporate world and works with executives and individuals. Kathy is also the director of and faculty member for Mass School of Professional Psychology’s Master’s in Executive Coaching program.
