Welcome to the Swiss School of Management's Leadership Study Abroad Programs.

The International Leadership Semester is broken out into three programs: an 89-day study abroad program, a 6 week dual city Rome-Oxford Summer program and a Pre-University semester or year long program, all in Rome, Italy. The semester is accredited and run by the Swiss School of Management and the European University of Rome.

We believe that great leaders don't just lead, they bring out the best in everybody else too. As such, our program combines a mix of personal leadership coaching with leadership classes and electives that range from the fundamentals of leadership to Leaders in Roman History, a history and leadership class that includes 8 tours throughout Rome.

The final project is philanthropic in nature and allows students to take the theory into practice. With plenty of 3 day weekends and a 9 day vacation, this program creates a great balance for students that want to strengthen their leadership skills and explore Rome.

Fall & Spring Semester Students will have a 9 day vacation and many 3 day weekends to explore Rome and other Italian and European cities on their own.	Summer Study Abroad The Oxford courses will allow students to choose their own tutorials and to also study the history of International Relations.	Pre-University Program As a Pre-University student at SSM, you will attend classes that have direct applications in the workplace.
